Terms and Conditions


By placing an order with us, you agree to have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions.

Orders

  • Please check with us regarding timings for your wedding stationery

  • We have the right to amend our pricing as and when we choose, unless it is within the 14 day quote period

  • Our minimum order applies to different variations, for example, day and evening invitations

  • If you order below our minimum order amount, you will be charged the minimum order amount

  • If you would like your guest names printed on your invitations, this will be an additional cost

  • All Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations come with free white envelopes

  • Coloured envelopes are an additional cost

Payments

Refunds

  • A 95% refund is available if we have not spent any time or contacted you regarding your order

  • A 75% refund is available if we have provided information forms and/or emails requesting your wording

  • A 50% refund is available if we have started design on your order and/or wording has already been supplied

  • Refunds are unavailable if your order has been sent to print

  • Refunds are unavailable for digital items

  • Partial refunds are subject to a 5% fee + 0.20p due to incurred processing fees

  • Refunds can only be issued within 1 week of your order date

  • Refunds are structured as above due to incurred processing and/or transaction fees by our processing partner

Samples

  • Physical colours may vary from those on screen

  • All samples are non-customisable

  • We do not offer Samples in every colour option

Collections

  • We have acquired our fonts legally, using the correct commercial license

  • We reserve the right to not disclose details regarding the colours/fonts/illustrations and other assets we use

  • If you exceed our recommended word and/or character count, your design may look different, though we will try our best to keep your stationery as similar to our examples as possible

Amends

  • You are entitled to 3 rounds of text amends for free after your initial proof

  • Any amend after your 3 free rounds, regardless how big or small, is chargeable at £10 per round

  • If you would like to change font and/or design after your initial proof, this will be subject to a £15 fee as this is considered a redesign

Digital proofs

  • Once we have received your wedding stationery content, we will send you a digital proof of what your stationery will look like for you to approve, prior to printing

  • When providing us your wedding stationery content, please ensure to read and check your content carefully as we are not responsible for spell checking and altering grammar mistakes. We will copy and paste what has been provided and will not make any changes to the content you have supplied

  • We own the rights to the pdf. file we send you

  • You do not have the right to screenshot, print or share the digital proof we send you as we hold the copyright for said file

  • Once you have approved your design and are happy for us to print, any further changes may result in a charge for a full order

  • It is your responsibility to carefully check a digital proof for any mistakes, including but not limited to colour, grammar, design, spelling etc

Delivery

  • We need to know of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your wedding stationery, so please ensure to check your order carefully

  • We do our best to package everything as carefully as possible, therefore we are not responsible for any damage incurred after the 24 hour period after receiving your stationery

  • Any postage taxes that occur are not our responsibility as different areas have different rules and it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have checked this and are prepared to pay any additional costs

  • Once stationery has been dispatched, any postage delays are not our responsibility

  • If you have provided us with an incorrect address, we will not post out another order. You will be charged the full order amount if you would like another order

  • We work from our home studio, therefore we will not accept any attempt to collect stationery from our home

Discrepancies

  • We are not responsible for any colour discrepancies as physical colours can vary from those on screen

  • For colour consistency, we recommend you order your stationery in one order, no more than 1 day apart. Colours are added digitally and shades and tones can vary slightly based on ink levels, machinery etc, similar to wallpaper, for example

  • We cannot guarantee colours will match exact shades, though we will do our best

  • Colours can vary slightly based on the paper stock in which they are printed on, therefore the same colour may appear differently on Wedding Invitations and a Welcome Sign, for example

  • Any handmade items you purchase, e.g. wax seals, will vary slightly from one to the other

Advertising

  • We have the right to publish images of your stationery for advertising purposes, unless you have told us otherwise

  • If you post or publish your wedding stationery on a social media platform e.g. Instagram, Facebook etc, you must tag @wonderweddingstationery

  • If you screenshot/screen grab any amount of our website or products and share on a social media platform, you must tag @wonderweddingstationery

Discounts

  • Discount is valid for new orders only, we cannot retrospectively add discount once an order has been placed

  • Discount cannot be applied to existing orders

  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes

  • Discount cannot be used for future purchases, it is a single use discount only

  • All orders must be completed within 30 days of purchase, so as not to reserve the discounted price for future purchases

  • Please order items you would like to arrive together in one delivery. If you would like items to arrive in separate deliveries, please order these separately

  • Certain items are exempt from discount, please enquire for further information

  • Please get in touch for a quote if you have a discount code before ordering, so we can add your discount manually

Personal Data

We take our clients’ personal data extremely seriously, therefore we do not share any information you provide us with third parties regarding your contact information unless absolutely necessary for the progression of your stationery (eg printers/couriers). Contact and billing information is only collected if you have provided it to us via our contact forms, a telephone conversation or through email. We may need to talk to mutual suppliers and in doing so may need to confirm basic details such as your first name for our advertising purposes. However, we will never advertise your stationery with your details included without your permission.

Copyright 

  • All work designed by us is subject to copyright

  • You cannot use any of our work without our permission

  • We will not send you our artwork as a jpeg., png. or any other image file type as use of these files is prohibited

  • Any hymns, readings, artwork, graphics etc you provide us are your responsibility to ensure correct copyright has been obtained and you are allowed to use it; we are not responsible

  • We will take legal action against anyone found to be using our work that breaks our copyright rules which have been clearly described
